Lucas Bonnaud is a renowned French Executive Pastry Chef with over 15 years of international experience managing, developing, and leading 5-star kitchens in the top hotels across the globe.

 

Lucas’s background expands in all aspects of pastry specialising in afternoon tea, French pastries, and chocolate work.

Principally focused on creating, developing, and exploring dessert concepts and creating masterpieces.

Lucas Bonnaud is fueled by his passion and experience for his understanding of culinary and pastries. He considers himself a visionary and leader in the culinary world.

Chef Lucas’s hunger for discovering and creating innovative pastries has led him all over the world working in some of the leading hotels globally such as The Savoy London, Fijian’s 7-star island and Mandarin Oriental hotels group to name a few.

Lucas believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success. Personally, Lucas Bonnaud is also a proud father to his mini sous chef and lives with his family in Doha Qatar.
